Our Family's $2 Rice-A-Roni Recipe (Way Better Than Store-Bought!)
Christa is sharing our family's go-to homemade version of the boxed Rice-A-Roni recipe. It's cheaper, healthier, and our kids ask for it. This one dish costs about $2 total and serves 10 people (the boxed stuff serves maybe 3-4)!
This is one of our favorite family recipes — a fluffy, flavorful, easy dinner side dish made with jasmine rice you probably already have in your pantry. It's easy to scale up for a full house or down for an empty nest, and it goes with almost anything you're already making for dinner.
